Earlier today, the Michigan Democratic Party held a press call to expose Mike Rogers and Republicans for their middle-class cost-hike agenda.

The GOP’s toxic tax law will raise health care premiums by 15% (or more), slash income by more than $1,000 for the poorest 10% of Michigan households, increase monthly electricity costs by $60 and gas costs by $80, increase student loan payments by $270 a month, and increase mortgage payments by $360 a year.

That’s thousands of dollars coming out of the pockets of hardworking Michiganders, all so millionaires like Mike Rogers can get another tax break.

We can’t let Republicans keep getting away with this, Friend, but first, we need to get the truth to Michigan voters so we can hold Republicans accountable at the ballot box in 2026.
