70% of Americans support marriage equality. SCOTUS may not.
We know there's a lot happening right now, John — but you may have missed this:

Kim Davis — the former Kentucky clerk who was at the center of the landmark Supreme Court case, Obergefell v. Hodges — has formally asked the Court to overturn the decade-long precedent that secured marriage equality across the country.
While right now, the effort is considered a long shot, it’s a broader signal of a coordinated right-wing push to roll back LGBTQ+ rights. The same forces that dismantled Roe v. Wade are not done upending our rights.
Here's the truth, John: 70% of Americans support marriage equality — including 40% of Republicans. That shows just how vastly out of step the right is with the overwhelming majority of Americans.
But being on the wrong side of history has never stopped Republicans. Whether it’s attacks on our health care, safety, or our democracy itself, we know they will stop at nothing to impose their hateful, authoritarian agenda on us.
Together, we can show that love will win — every single time and that we refuse to sit by idly and watch the hard-fought progress we’ve made be erased.
