There is a lot of noise about redistricting in the news, John.

California is on the frontlines of efforts to stop Donald Trump and Texas Republicans from rigging next year’s midterm elections in their favor.

After the Texas GOP vowed to redraw their lines to give Republicans in Congress FIVE more seats, California leaders announced their intention to put a measure on the ballot to redraw our lines. This would balance out Republicans' blatant gerrymandering and make sure our elections are fair.

We have to fight fire with fire. I fully support California allowing voters to put a check on Trump.

While it is not yet clear how lines would be redrawn if this passes, make no mistake: I got in this race to stop Trump’s attacks on our democracy, stop the MAGA agenda, and flip the House.
