Pennsylvania’s State Constitution requires that every ten years, State Supreme Court Justices face a reelection vote.

The three Democratic Justices responsible for the Democratic majority on the PA Supreme Court are up for reelection this Nov., and MAGA has launched an unprecedented full-scale assault on them to ensure they are removed.

Their removal would mean a full GOP redistricting of the PA congressional map, a total abortion ban, and no accountability for MAGA vote rigging in 2026 and 2028. PA will go so far to the right, it will be unrecognizable.

For months, MAGA has been saturating Pennsylvania voters with attacks against these justices and registering voters. Democrats, on the other hand, have done next to nothing, and if the election were held today, we would lose. We are on the brink of collapse.

Sadly, PA’s rules of judicial ethics prohibit these justices from campaigning for themselves, meaning they are completely defenseless in the face of the MAGA onslaught they are up against, and they need our help 🥺🐶
