Let’s cut through the nonsense: Donald Trump has no legal authority to take over the Philadelphia Police Department. The 10th Amendment is crystal clear. There’s no legal basis. There’s no emergency.
We’ve got the lowest homicide rate in 50 years.
The only emergency is Donald J. Trump — a twice-impeached, four-time-indicted con man who has spent his entire life breaking laws, dodging accountability, and trying to rule by fear.
Now he and his MAGA cronies want to roll into our city and hijack it?

Philly doesn’t bow to wannabe dictators. Philly doesn’t get pushed around by bullies. And Philly sure as hell doesn’t hand over our police department to a criminal who belongs in a courtroom, not the White House.
MAGA is f-ing around with the wrong city — and they’re about to find out just how strong this grassroots movement is. But make no mistake: they’ve got billionaire backers and right-wing megaphones. If we’re going to beat them back, we need to show our strength right now.
