This is important. We're all in this together.

Hi Friend,

This fall, we have curated a set of learning opportunities that highlight the challenges and solutions in affordable housing. These gatherings offer a chance to connect with peers, exchange ideas, and engage in conversations that are shaping the future of our region.

We hope to see you then!

Warm Regards,

NVAHA Team

Join the Coalition for Smarter Growth for a special screening of Fault Lines, a ground-breaking documentary about the Bay Area’s housing crisis. Following the screening, a panel of regional leaders will discuss how this topic resonates locally and explore strategies to build a more livable future for the region. A social hour will provide an opportunity to continue the conversation.

We’re pressing pause on our September Lunch & Learn, because we have something bigger planned. Our Lunch & Learn series has always been free and open to all. If you’ve found them valuable and wondered how to support our work, this is the moment!

On Tuesday, September 30, we invite you to join us in person for an afternoon of learning and an evening of celebration as we mark 20 years of advocacy, impact, and community.

This year’s Leckey Forum will spotlight practical solutions to the housing crisis through a series of conversations with national and regional leaders. Among them, a fireside chat with Tina Stacy (Urban Institute) and Mike Spotts (Habitat DC NOVA), who will share insights on what is working nationwide to expand and preserve affordable housing.
