Over the last two weeks Trump has installed hundreds of armed military personnel throughout DC. This federal escalation directly threatens the freedoms and livelihoods of working people, including more than 150,000 local union members in DC.

Trump's agents have violently arrested food delivery workers on the job and stopped people throughout our region who are simply on their way to work. These agents are targeting Black, Brown and immigrant neighbors, and sweeping them into the administration’s cruel mass deportation agenda.

Last week President Epps and community partners made it clear that DC rejects this attempt to take over our city. Now, we're rising up against this administration's agenda and in solidarity with one another.

Next Thursday, August 28, unions across the region will come together for Solidarity Season, a Labor Day Rally + March. Register here to march alongside us next Thursday starting at 4 PM in Dupont Circle.
