2018 was a historic election year for Democrats. We flipped 43 seats to take back control of the House, including in Washington's 8th District, where voters elected a Democrat -- Dr. Kim Schrier -- for the first time in history.
Since coming to Congress, Kim has been a champion for the issues that matter most to the families in her district. From passing legislation to make health care and prescription medications more affordable to reforming our democracy, Kim is getting things done.
But we know Republicans have their eyes set on taking back the House majority this year, and they're going to be focusing on seats they lost in 2018, including WA-08. That's why it's crucial you join me in supporting Kim in her race for reelection.
