Taking back the Senate from the GOP was always going to be an uphill battle -- but over the past few months, the odds have shifted in our favor. Now, polls show that a Democratic Senate is very much within our reach -- but we need to make sure we are prepared to win this fight. That means raising the resources to run an efficient and successful campaign here in Illinois.
And that’s why hitting this end-of-quarter goal is so important for our campaign. With so much on the line in this election, failure is simply not an option. But together -- I know we can do it.
