Here's just some of what we've accomplished together in the fight to stop the MAGA agenda:

Protecting Our Schools
When the Trump administration illegally froze $7 billion in federal education funds – including $463 million for New York alone – they jeopardized afterschool child care, teacher recruitment, and critical classroom resources just weeks before the start of the school year. We sued, and we won. Now, these critical funds are on their way to our schools just in time for back-to-school season.

Safeguarding Social Services
In a sudden and cruel policy change, the Trump administration moved to strip safety net programs like Meals on Wheels and domestic violence shelters of their ability to serve those in need. Letitia is leading a 21-state coalition to stop this attack before it devastates families who rely on these programs. 

Guarding Against Disasters
The Trump administration illegally shut down FEMA's bipartisan disaster-preparedness program, which funds floodwalls, wildfire defense, and other infrastructure to save lives. The AG joined 19 states in suing to restore these critical protections, because our communities can't afford to be unprepared in the face of these disasters. 

Defending Transgender Youth
Donald Trump is threatening providers of legal, lifesaving gender-affirming care for transgender youth – even in states like New York, where it's protected by law. Letitia is leading a coalition of 16 attorneys general to block this unlawful intimidation campaign, because we refuse to let them erase the rights and dignity of the transgender community.

This is what real accountability looks like, friend. But with more than 30 active cases against Trump and his administration, these fights are far from over.
