Colorado has one of the most accessible, secure election systems in the entire country. How do I know?

Because I helped pass the law to expand access to the ballot box and keep our elections safe.

But those undeniable facts don’t matter to Donald Trump. Instead, he’s once again spreading false claims of mail-in ballot voter fraud to anyone who will hear it — all in an attempt to attack our democracy and undermine our elections:

That’s right. Just days after Trump’s best friend, Vladimir Putin, questioned the legitimacy of mail-in ballots, Trump followed his orders. Now, he’s launched a crusade to end Colorado’s secure election system as we know it and replace it with his own scheme.

If Trump gets his way, Coloradans who live in rural communities, seniors, those with disabilities, and working parents could find it much more difficult to cast their votes — silencing thousands of eligible voters who rely on safe, secure mail-in ballots.

We love our voting system in Colorado. Casting a ballot is easy, quick, safe, and secure. But Donald Trump wants to go back to the time when Coloradans had to wait for one hour, two hours, even four hours in line just to make their voices heard.

Donald Trump is trying to rig the midterms before they even begin — but I’m not backing down. If you’re with me, I’d be grateful to have your support as we take on this existential threat to our democracy.
