The stakes of PA’s supreme court elections are astronomically high — if Republicans flip these three state supreme court seats, Donald Trump can simply reach out and take PA for himself in 2028. 

If Dems fall down on the job here and lose, there will no longer be an independent judiciary in place to check Trump’s darkest ambitions and turn back MAGA’s wildest dreams of permanent power. 

Thankfully, we have three absolute rockstar judges in office already that we can keep in November: Justice Christine Donohue, Justice Kevin Dougherty, and Justice David Wecht. All three judges are champions for justice, abortion rights, and fair elections — giving people something to vote FOR instead of AGAINST the lesser of two evils.

But these judges are under attack by Trump and a rising MAGA coalition in Pennsylvania. They will not survive this onslaught in November—less than three months from now—unless we all come together to protect them.
