the future of women’s sports in America.
At the center of one case stands Lainey Armistead—a former West Virginia
college soccer player. For Lainey, soccer was more than a game. It was her
life’s passion.
But that passion—and the right to fair competition—is under attack. Like so
many other female athletes, Lainey sees the threat of being forced to compete
against male athletes.
She decided to take a stand.
And now, State of West Virginia v. B.P.J. and Little v. Hecox will give the
Court a chance to weigh in on whether states can protect fairness and safety
for female athletes—or if radical gender ideology will continue to ignore
biological reality.
These are the first-ever Supreme Court cases to directly challenge gender
ideology’s impact on women’s sports.
