Humanitarian workers worldwide are facing unprecedented challenges.

The significant reduction in foreign aid budgets by the U.S. and other countries earlier this year has left many workers with fewer resources, even in the face of mounting needs in the communities they serve.

This year alone, more than 265 aid workers have lost their lives, following 2024’s record-breaking toll of more than 380 deaths.

Despite these facts, our teams work tirelessly to ensure communities are healthy, safe, and thriving. I am humbled and honored by their dedication every day.

Today, on World Humanitarian Day, I invite you to send a message of support to our extraordinary team members who have devoted their lives to helping others. Will you take a moment to express your gratitude?
