Yesterday, we wrote to you about the far-right PAC, Early Vote Action, that is the spearhead of the GOP’s efforts to remove the Democratic majority on Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court in an obscure upcoming November 2025 election.

Removing these justices means clearing the way for a GOP redistricting that would remove all of Pennsylvania’s blue congressional seats and zero election accountability for MAGA in 2026 and in 2028 when Trump seeks a third term.

Unless Dems can make a rapid course correction, a GOP victory in this race is all but assured. Which begs the question: how did Early Vote Action accrue so much momentum so quickly? The answers lie in the PAC’s dark money backers:

The PAC’s funders include Elon Musk (who gave a million dollars!), Turning Point USA, and General Michael Flynn’s PAC. Flynn is notorious for using his military psychological warfare acumen to bolster the insidious Q-Anon narrative that claimed people like Obama and Hillary Clinton were murdering children.

Also amongst the PAC’s backers is Tristan Tate, who has been making frequent $5,000 donations to the PAC since the beginning of this year. Tristan is the brother of notorious ‘masculinity’ influencer Andrew Tate. The brothers were arrested last year on rape and human trafficking charges when the network they were running was uncovered by authorities. They are accused of being literal slave traders.

Utilizing a tactic they referred to as the ‘loverboy’ method, the brothers would travel to impoverished countries seeking out attractive young women, flaunt their wealth and feign interest in their targets getting them to become their girlfriends, and once enmeshed in their web and with nowhere to run, the brothers then allegedly trafficked the women forcing them into a life of prostitution.

The proceeds of this alleged violent human trafficking network are being invested in taking Pennsylvania so far to the right that it will be unrecognizable — and so far, they are winning.

Defend Our Courts, one of the only Democratic orgs ringing the alarm bell about this looming disaster, is rapidly building up a counterforce to salvage things for Dems, but we are outnumbered and outgunned.

To have any hope of keeping up with the troves of MAGA blood money flowing into this race, we will need support from every small-dollar donor in the nation. Can we count on you to chip in $50, $25, or even $5 to save PA and keep us in the fight?
