Hi,
This is Brigadier General James Emory Mace, U.S. Army (Retired). Today, I
write to you not as a soldier…but as a father.
Purple Heart Day is always tough for me.
I’ve worn the uniform. I’ve led men into battle. I’ve buried friends who never
made it home. And I’ve felt the sting of a Nation that sometimes forgets what
our sacrifices were for.
But my daughter—Congresswoman Nancy Mace—never forgot.

Nancy was raised in the shadow of the flag. She saw the uniform. She lived
with the deployments. She knew the cost. And instead of running from it, she ran
toward it.
<[link removed]>
When Nancy was 17, she dropped out of high school.
Most kids in that situation fall apart. But not Nancy. She picked herself up,
took a job at Waffle House, and fought her way back.
By 21, she became the first woman to graduate from The Citadel, South
Carolina’s Military College. A place I knew well.

SUPPORT NANCY MACE FOR GOVERNOR
<[link removed]>
Nancy then made it to Congress, where she represented the people of South
Carolina’s First District.
She’s been fighting her whole life; for herself, for her kids, for the truth,
and now…for her state.
Today, Nancy is running for Governor of South Carolina. And just like she did
at The Citadel, she’s marching headfirst into a battle.
<[link removed]>
It’s hard sitting back as a father and hearing the terrible things the media
and the establishment say about her.
But Nancy is my daughter. And I know this: She never backs down. And she never
stops fighting.

<[link removed]>
On this Purple Heart Day, I want to ask you something from one parent, one
patriot, to another:
Will you support my daughter in the toughest battle of her life?
<[link removed]>
She’s up against a machine that wants to erase the values of faith-based,
service-minded Americans who believe in truth, family, and country.
Nancy stood up for me.
She stood up for EVERY veteran who was forgotten.
She stood up when sanctuary sheriffs released illegal alien criminals onto
South Carolina streets.
She stood up when they tried to let biological men compete in women’s sports.
She stood up when other Republicans stayed silent.
And now, she’s standing up for YOU.
But she needs your backup.
I may not wear the uniform anymore, but I still believe in answering the call.
<[link removed]>
Will you answer it with me today?
Whether it’s $5, $10, or $15, your donation means everything right now.
<[link removed]>
Nancy’s not running to make friends. She’s running to win. To fight. To serve.
That’s what she learned growing up in our home.
That’s what she learned watching me go off to war.
And that’s what she’ll carry with her to the Governor’s Mansion.
Please, on this solemn day, join me in standing with my daughter.
Yes, Nancy is a warrior. But she is also my little girl—and she needs you,
Patriot.

High school dropout. Waffle House waitress. First woman to graduate from The
Citadel. Single mom. Fighter.
Nancy Mace wasn’t born into power. She worked for every inch of ground she’s
gained.
At 17, she dropped out of high school and took a job slinging hash browns at
Waffle House to survive. No silver spoon. No Ivy League connections. Just grit,
grace, and a whole lot of graveyard shifts.
By the grace of God, she turned that struggle into a story no politician can
touch. She made history as the first woman to graduate from The Citadel, South
Carolina’s legendary military college. She built her own business. She raised
two kids on her own. And when the Left came for everything she believed in, she
stood her ground.
Now, she’s running for Governor of South Carolina.
Nancy Mace is a battle-tested conservative who’s walked through fire and come
out swinging. In Congress, she’s been one of President Trump’s fiercest allies,
fighting to secure our border, protect our daughters, and stop the Left’s sick
agenda dead in its tracks.
She’s not here to make friends. She’s here to make history.
Nancy is fighting to:
* Eliminate South Carolina’s Income Tax—the highest in the Southeast
* Prosecute violent criminals and pedophiles with zero leniency
* Crack down on sanctuary sheriffs who let illegal aliens roam free
* Defund radical public universities that indoctrinate, not educate
* Reform education so students learn how to think—not what to think
* Work hand-in-hand with President Trump to put South Carolina FIRST
Through every hardship, Nancy never gave up. And now she’s ready to do what
she’s always done: roll up her sleeves, take the heat, and lead from the front.
South Carolina is worth fighting for. And Nancy Mace is just getting started.
