I had hoped this wouldn't happen, but here we are, John

Gavin Newsom announced his plans to redraw California's congressional lines. 

This is wrong, and if he goes ahead with this, he's undermining you as a voter and our independent redistricting commission.

Of the few congressional Republicans in California, Newsom's plan could potentially unseat FIVE - including me. 

I've held this seat because I work for the Central Valley, not the Democrats. Time and time again, they tried to unseat me, but you helped me fight for our home.  

Will you show Newsom we won't go down without a fight on this blatant disregard for Democracy by chipping in $20 today?

Hopefully, we can stop these political games, but no matter what happens, you can count on me to have your back.
