We did it!
With the final stops of our Lift Up New Mexico Tour last week, I’ve now
visited all 33 counties in our beautiful state.
From the mesas of McKinley County to the chile fields of Doña Ana, I’ve
met New Mexicans who inspire me at every single stop. And our last swing
was a reminder of just how much promise lives in our rural communities.
In Moriarty, I met with farmers and small business owners whose
entrepreneurial spirit keeps their town thriving. They reminded me why I’m
running for governor — so every rural community has access to prosperity.

In Fort Sumner, I met people who live fiercely every day! With a robust
tourism industry rooted in unique history, folks there shared smart ideas
for strengthening and expanding industries that keep their local economy
strong.

And in Tucumcari, we talked transportation and renewable energy. I left
inspired by their vision for a clean energy economy that lowers utility
bills and builds reliable jobs in rural New Mexico.

Everywhere I went, I heard the same thing: people want a governor who will
listen, understand their struggles, and fight like hell to make things
better for everyday people.
That’s what this tour was all about. But with Trump in the White House and
his allies working to roll back the progress we’ve made, our conversations
can’t end here.
We still have a long way to go in this race, and I need your help to
continue meeting voters where they are and making sure their voices are
heard.

Together, we’ve already built something powerful: a campaign that’s
reached people in every corner of New Mexico. Now I’m counting on your
help to keep that momentum going all the way to the governor’s office.
Be fierce,
Deb
