Trump and Ryan Mackenzie’s Big Ugly Bill targets solar and wind projects with a new tax. As someone with a Master’s in Energy Systems Engineering, let me break down what this means for families in Pennsylvania’s 7th District.

This isn’t just a kill shot to solar and wind. It’s a direct attack on energy independence and energy security. As a result, we lose jobs, raise utility costs, and hand over control to China to dominate the global market.

This isn’t the “American jobs” agenda we were promised. It’s a gift to foreign competitors and the fossil fuel industry.

For over 20 years, I’ve worked to lower energy costs and create sustainable, good-paying jobs right here in PA-07. I know firsthand how important it is for working families to not have to choose between paying the bills and putting food on the table. This bill won’t just make that choice harder – it’ll make it impossible.

I’m not going to sit back while Ryan Mackenzie and his allies destroy our future. I’m fighting for real economic change, a strong energy future, and affordable energy for every Pennsylvanian.
