On May 20, 1981, I raised my right hand and took an oath to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.
|
|
So when President Trump asked me to serve as his lawyer and fight for his freedom and justice, I did not hesitate even for a second!
|
|
I took an oath: Justice had to be done – no matter the price.
|
|
And now, I’ve learned the price.
|
|
I’m staring down a 20-year prison sentence in a case where the President legally cannot issue a pardon to save me.
|
|
And after 52 YEARS of faithfully serving the law, ALL of my law licenses have been taken away from me as a way to stop me from defending myself in court.
|
|
Left with no means to defend myself, no way to be pardoned by President Trump for state-level charges, no cavalry coming over the hill, and no lifeline, my ONLY chance was to hire a top-notch defense team.
|
|
But through legal warfare, the Left pushed me to the brink of BANKRUPTCY – at one point, my Social Security and bank accounts were even FROZEN.
|
|
President Trump once said that I had “guts” for defending him against the vengeful and bloodthirsty Deep State.
|
|
Truth be told, that wasn’t about courage – that was me simply honoring my oath.
|
|
But what I’m about to do right now will truly take guts…
|
|
God knows I hate this, but I’m about to ask for your help.
|
|
Friend, the situation I find myself in today is simple, but sadly, bleak.
|
|
My last remaining hope of assembling the quality of defense required to BEAT the Left’s sham charges and WIN the trial of my life is patriots like YOU.
|
|
That’s why I’m making a final plea – a Hail Mary – to humbly ask that you contribute whatever amount you can to my Legal Defense Trust.

No matter what happens, I’m holding on to the final words of my oath: “So help me God”.
