It’s August, and Pennsylvania still doesn’t have a state budget. Why? Because Senate Republicans are dragging their feet—refusing to act while families, students, and workers suffer. Public schools are left scrambling. SEPTA’s facing devastating cuts. And communities that depend on public services are caught in the crossfire.
 
But Malcolm isn’t staying quiet. He’s demanding action—Pass the damn budget. Fund SEPTA.
