Yesterday, August 16, Refuse Fascism led an estimated 2000 protesters in a defiant march from Dupont Circle to and around the White House. This was the largest march in DC during this first week of Trump’s illegitimate fascist takeover of DC, with photos and videos of the protest and our demand Trump Must Go Now reaching hundreds of thousands more across the country.
These and other acts of nonviolent resistance and noncompliance must continue, with growing determination to drive the Trump fascist regime out of DC and out of power. Read and share this audacious call to action:
The time has come for…
the FALL of the TRUMP FASCIST REGIME – Beginning November 5, 2025, Washington D.C.
Beginning November 5, the one-year anniversary of Trump’s election, flood DC in nonviolent protest. Surround the White House. Surround the Capitol. Surround the illegitimate fascist-packed Supreme Court. Come back again and again. Across the country, refuse to comply. Every person of conscience, millions of us together, grind the machinery of the fascist regime to a halt.
Don’t stop until Trump is removed.
🔴 Bringing tens of thousands to D.C. to drive this fascist regime from power is going to take serious resources. Every dollar you give helps make this uprising real.
At the rally in Dupont Circle, Sam Goldman said, “Fascism has momentum and direction – it’s moving fast, and always in one direction: more repression, more violence, more terror. What’s happening here in D.C. right now is the next leap—if they can lock this down and people get used to it, it becomes the model for the whole country with ever increasing brutality…There is no living with this.”
