Patriot,

I’ve worn the badge for more than 50 years. I’ve seen good cops go into
dangerous situations and come out heroes. And I’ve seen good cops get
railroaded for doing their jobs.

That’s what’s happening right now to Officer Shane Lamond—and I’m asking you
to stand with him.

Shane needs our help TODAY to fund his appeal and push for a presidential
pardon. His legal team is fighting to overturn a conviction that should never
have happened, but time and resources are running out.

Shane is a decorated U.S. Air Force veteran who served 23 years with the
Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Police Department.

Two Achievement Medals.
A Lifesaving Award.
4th District Lieutenant of the Year.
A Ribbon of Valor for defending the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021.

This is a man who has given everything to protect our country and our
communities.

And yet—on December 23, 2024—Shane was convicted on one count of obstruction
of justice and three counts of making false statements.

Why? Because prosecutors twisted standard law enforcement intelligence work
into a crime. Shane’s “offense” was building rapport with a subject to gather
information—exactly what intelligence commanders aretrained to do.

It was part of his job to track threats, gather intel, and protect the public.
Instead of being recognized for his service, Shane was branded a criminal and
sentenced to 18 months in federal prison.

GIVE NOW TO HIS DEFENSE

Shane followed in the footsteps of his father, a decorated U.S. Army military
intelligence officer. His father passed away before Shane became head of the
Intelligence Branch at MPD, but Shane carried that torch proudly. He led from
the front, just like his dad taught him.

Now, instead of serving his community, Shane sits in a prison cell—his career
destroyed, his reputation shattered, and his family struggling.

Patriot, this is WRONG. And we cannot let it stand.

NCPD has launched a clemency petition to President Trump and is working with
Shane’s legal team to appeal this outrageous conviction. But that fight takes
money—money Shane’s family simply doesn’t have.

We need to raise emergency funds to keep his defense moving forward.

Donate now to help overturn Shane’s conviction and win his pardon!

Every day Shane spends behind bars is a disgrace to the rule of law. This case
sends a chilling message to every cop in America: do your job, and you could be
next.

I’ve spent my life standing up for law enforcement. And I’m asking you—right
now—to stand with me, with NCPD, and with Officer Shane Lamond.

This is about defending more than one man. This is about defending every man
and woman who wears the badge.

Please don’t wait. Shane’s appeal is moving forward—and every day counts.
