Two years ago, the day after the five Republican-appointed justices on the Supreme Court came together to uphold Trump’s Muslim ban, Justice Anthony Kennedy announced he was retiring -- paving the way for Brett Kavanaugh to join the Court.

Ever since then, Kavanaugh has consistently sided with Trump and prioritized Republican Party interests over the rule of law. He has done all that we’ve feared from the bench -- and throughout his lifetime appointment, we know he will continue to inflict damage that will be felt for generations.

Unacceptable. We have been fighting Kavanaugh since day one, and we’re not stopping now.
