I had the honor of joining the Burleson Police Department to recognize their remarkable work in supporting victims of domestic violence. The life-saving Victim Assistance Poster Program began in Burleson, Texas, and is now spreading to rural areas, neighboring cities, and locations across the United States. I had the opportunity to meet with the City of Burleson’s elected leaders to discuss infrastructure needs, key challenges, recent successes, priority projects for the city, and ways I can support their great city in Congress.

I attended the Parker County Chamber of Commerce luncheon to answer questions, discuss the current state of play up in Washington, and provide an update on my work in D.C. serving Texans. Celebrated Leaders of the Civil Air Patrol Program

It was an honor to celebrate Cadet Colonel Cooper Roberts and Cadet Colonel Isaac Moris who have earned the highest distinction in the Civil Air Patrol Cadet Program, the General Carl A. Spaatz Award. Civil Air Patrol raises young men and women to become volunteers, serve their neighbors, save lives, and shape a brighter future for generations to come. May their tremendous achievements mark the beginning of a lifelong path of service, leadership, and mentorship.
