Governor JB Pritzker is furious because President Trump told the truth.
In a press conference Monday, Trump dared to say what millions of Illinoisans already know: Chicago is a disaster, and the people in charge are completely incompetent:
Mayor Brandon Johnson’s failed leadership. Pritzker’s soft-on-crime policies. Democrats putting politics over public safety.
And what was their response?
Insults. Deflection. Even comparing President Trump to Nazis, again.
That’s not leadership; it’s cowardice.
While families in Chicago fear for their safety, Pritzker’s busy scoring political points. While small businesses are crushed by taxes and crime, Brandon Johnson wants to “decriminalize poverty” by letting criminals walk free. And while Democrats mock and smear, Republicans are fighting for law and order, economic freedom, and safe communities across this state.
President Trump isn’t afraid to stand up to Illinois Democrats. And neither are we.
But we need your help to keep this fight going. The media is running cover for Pritzker. The radical left is pouring money into Illinois to protect their power. And, we’re up against one of the wealthiest governors in America.
