McConnell Vows to Stay On as GOP Leader

Politico reports: "Asked on Tuesday whether he planned to stay on as GOP leader regardless of the election's outcome, McConnell replied: 'I do.'"

Apparently, McConnell forgets that he might lose his own seat this November. Let's remind him of his impending fall.

We're still waiting for all the votes to be counted in this week's Kentucky Senate primary, but some great news: Bold progressive Charles Booker has pulled into the lead!

Polling shows that he has the best chance of defeating McConnell. And given his come-from-behind campaign in the primary, his grassroots campaign is exactly what we'll need to get the job done.

This Tuesday is another key primary for Senate -- in Colorado. It pits conservative Democrat Jon Hickenlooper, who we call the "underminer in chief" because he is so hostile to progressive positions, against bold progressive Andrew Romonoff. Hickenlooper is in the middle of a major ethics scandal. We believe Romanoff is our best chance to take this seat.

Please help put Mitch McConnell out of a job. Donate to his opponent and others who can help us take back power!

Donations to the Kentucky Senate Democratic Nominee Fund will go to the person declared the winner, which we believe will be Charles Booker.

Thanks for being a bold progressive.
