You’re not imagining it — Donald Trump and his MAGA Republican allies
really are doing this:
* Offering cash bonuses and student loan forgiveness to recruit new
agents for ICE, the same agency terrorizing our communities and
carrying out an extremist anti-immigrant agenda.
* Fighting tooth and nail to block student loan forgiveness for
teachers, nurses, and millions of other working class Americans being
crushed by debt.
This is what happens when MAGA controls the agenda: they’ll use our tax
dollars to supercharge Trump’s deportation machine and go after some of
the most vulnerable people in the country, all while telling the rest of
us we have to keep struggling.
They’re hoping we won’t notice the hypocrisy, and won’t fight back.
That’s why it’s critical that we push the truth out far and wide, and
organize at every level to defeat their extremist, upside-down priorities.
But that work takes a considerable amount of resources — and since Pramila
doesn’t take corporate PAC donations, she’s counting on grassroots
donations from people like you to make it happen.
