We fell short of our mid-quarter fundraising goals yesterday.

To be clear, this is not your fault. You’ve already done more than most people to support this organization and our Veterans.

It’s a tough time, it’s the end of summer, and it’s hard to stay locked in with everything because of how crazy the news is every single day. We get it.

Even still, it’s not great timing for us. We’re finalizing media plans and strategy through November this year to maximize our gains and push as hard as we possibly can. There are important elections this year, and we have to win them.

Falling short is a bad sign, and it impacts how much we’ll be able to do this fall. So, here’s the deal:
