When it comes to the U.S., the Ten Commandments served a significant
role in the formation of American law and justice in our
nation's founding.

In fact, according to David Barton, founder of WallBuilders, the Ten
Commandments has been used hundreds of times to help resolve court
cases throughout the last 250 years. It's even on display at the
United States Supreme Court.

Put simply, the Ten Commandments has a rich historical tradition of
being referenced and displayed in the United States. And according to
the Supreme Court ruling in our Bladensburg Cross victory,
that's all that's needed to make its display
constitutional.

Right now, 24 states are either trying to pass or have passed
legislation to place the Ten Commandments in public school classrooms.
Arkansas, Louisiana and Texas have passed legislation but are now
facing legal challenges to their laws.

And as First Liberty attorney Jeremy Dys said during the press

as needed.
