I know my team reached out about this yesterday, but I wanted to send one more reminder about our Mid-Quarter Checkpoint tonight and fill you in on why this matters.

As you might know, at the end of every fundraising quarter, we have to report to the Federal Election Commission how much money we’ve raised. Then, this report becomes publicly available, and it’s a big deal. If you raise enough money, you can fend off potential opponents. But if you fall short, your opponents may see it as a sign of weakness and use it against you.

We’ve built strong momentum so far, and I couldn’t be more grateful for all the support we’ve received. Still, the attacks against us have already started, so we need to make sure we have enough in our war chest to not only fight back, but also prepare for whatever comes our way next. So, we’ve set a goal of raising $10,000 to get back on track and do just that.
