America First Legal Launches New Investigation Into Biden Officials and Hospitals Driving Race-Based Organ Transplant Scheme |
 |
America First Legal launched an investigation into the Biden Administration’s integration of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) policies into the national organ transplant system through the Increasing Organ Transplant Access (IOTA) Model. AFL filed FOIA requests with HHS, HRSA, and CMS to uncover how race and equity considerations became embedded into transplant allocation decisions. The IOTA Model, effective July 1, 2025, mandates hospitals to incorporate equity goals—including racial and socioeconomic factors—into kidney transplant decisions, potentially prioritizing identity over medical urgency. These policies are not only discriminatory, but affect life and death decisions. AFL seeks full transparency on how the Biden Administration developed, implemented, and incentivized this Model that would go into effect after Biden left office.

Victorious Again: America First Legal Defeats Fairfax County Public School Board’s Latest Attempt to Dismiss Groundbreaking Lawsuit |
 |
America First Legal won a court battle allowing Jane Doe’s case against Fairfax County School Board to proceed. She claims school bathroom policies violated her rights under the Virginia Constitution by allowing boys in girls’ restrooms. The court denied the School Board’s motion to dismiss, citing factual disputes. This follows a similar AFL win in December and a federal Title IX violation finding. Trial is set for late September.

BREAKING — As the Trump Administration exercised Home Rule in Washington, D.C. to bring down the crime rate and make the streets safe in the Nation’s capital, AFL is investigating new, damning allegations that D.C. police have been manipulating crime stats to cover up this violent crime epidemic in our nation’s capital. Americans deserve to know the truth about what has been happening.

FOX NEWS: Trump-aligned legal group files FOIA request for DC crime data, citing alleged manipulation |
“A pro-Trump legal group founded by White House aide Stephen Miller filed a FOIA request Thursday seeking all crime records and data compiled by the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department, as part of an effort to scrutinize information and crime statistics that senior administration officials allege have been ‘manipulated.’
The request by the America First Legal Foundation (AFL) includes demands for a wide range of documents from D.C.'s police force, including all email communications or internal guidance reflecting any changes in the department's tracking or reporting of crimes in the city, as well as any records ‘reflecting the falsification or non-publication’ of crime data and statistics, among other things.”
