ICE Arrests Two Vietnamese Nationals Convicted of Decades-Old Gang Rapes

Two Vietnamese nationals who were convicted of multiple rapes back in the 1980s were taken into custody by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents in Los Angeles this past July, with the arrest of the two individuals being part of a broader operation focused on apprehending criminal aliens who harbor some of the most heinous sex offense arrests and convictions.
