Dear John,

One week…two wins…the rights of millions of parents and their children defended.

A 6-year battle to win the right of a severely vaccine-injured teen to return to school on a medical exemption … and the reinstatement of a federal panel to improve the safety of childhood vaccines after nearly 30 years of failure by our government.

This is what CHD Litigation does.

Thanks to the brilliant attorneys behind each of these cases and your steadfast support, we’ve sent a resoundingly clear message to state and federal government officials: We will not allow you to compromise the health and safety of our children.

And we will not tolerate the corrupting reach of pharma.

Please donate today and help us keep up the pressure on government officials to prioritize children’s health over the will of Big Pharma.

After a federal judge ordered Oceanside High School to honor “Sarah Doe’s” medical exemption, the 16-year-old told a local news station, “It feels unreal.”

But in this game-changing lawsuit to preserve medical exemptions in New York and beyond, the judge made it “real” clear: School districts cannot overrule a child’s treating physician.

It’s a win for Sarah . . . but it’s a win that’s already reverberating throughout the country. As Sarah’s attorney said:

“I’m already getting emails from parents whose child’s medical exemption was reinstated after yesterday’s ruling! We hope to have the written decision soon so you can send it when you alert your district they are violating the law if they second guess your child’s physician.”

That’s “real” impact!

Still, Sarah’s case isn’t over. The school district can challenge this preliminary ruling, even though the ruling was strongly in our favor.

If that happens — with your help — we’ll strike back with every tool in our legal toolbox.

Please donate today to ensure that the wins keep coming.

What about our second win this week? The lawsuit that forced HHS to finally convene the Task Force on Safer Childhood Vaccines?

The thought of CHD suing the agency now headed by our founder raised some eyebrows. But just because Secretary Kennedy is our founder doesn’t exempt him from upholding the responsibilities of his office.

I’m heartened that Bobby, in this instance, echoed CHD’s commitment to protecting our kids above all else.

And I’m grateful to donors like you who made it possible for us to support this winning legal strategy.

This is how we clap back. This is how we set precedents. This is how we reclaim the ground that’s been stolen from us.

This is how we win.

We should take a moment out for a victory lap … but we cannot let our well-deserved celebration lull us into complacency.

Our powerful foes have deep pockets. Friends in high places. And a gluttonous appetite for profits matched only by their lack of conscience.

That’s why we have over 30 lawsuits in the works — in state and federal courts.

That’s why we will continue to find new, innovative ways to take down the broken system that has made our children the sickest in the developed world.

The winds may be at our back like never before, but winds can shift in an instant.

With your support, we’ll keep swinging for the fences and racking up the victories.

Please make your gift today to help ensure our next victory in the battle to protect our children.

With gratitude,
