- 1. Last month, a Republican challenger entered our race with a day-one endorsement from Mike Garcia, the MAGA incumbent George defeated to flip this seat blue by only a few percentage points back in November.
- 2. As one of the most at-risk Democratic incumbents in Congress, George is facing near-daily attacks and outside spending from the national GOP – because this seat could decide control of the House majority. Attack ads are running in CA-27 as you read this message.
