The Texas Commission of Licensing and Regulation readopted the rules at 16 Texas Administrative Code (TAC) Chapter 60, Procedural Rules of the Commission and the Department, as a result of the required four-year rule review.
The readoption notice was published in the August 15, 2025, issue of the Texas Register (50 TexReg 5347).
