Trump and Republicans just passed a cruel budget bill that will rip health care away from 17 million people, gut food assistance for millions of kids and seniors, and slash funding for hospitals and clinics.
All to hand even more tax breaks to billionaires.
The worst part? Most people don’t know about these devastating cuts. In fact, only about a third of voters are aware of these cuts and how they will be impacted. We have a plan to get the word out, but will need your help to pull it off.
Starting next week, MoveOn members across the country will gather at local postcard parties hosted by fellow MoveOn members to write handwritten postcards to voters to get the word out about these devastating cuts.Will you help us get the word out about the cuts?
Writing postcards is easy, fun, and impactful. You don’t need any prior experience, nor do you have to bring your own supplies.
All you have to do is show up solo or with your friend(s) and write a few heartfelt messages while being in community with other MoveOn members.
