As Josh’s Finance Director, I want to let you in on a little secret: 

Every finance director in the country will tell you — August is usually the slowest month for fundraising.

And this year is no different. We’ve already seen a huge drop-off in donations, and at this pace, we’re never going to hit our monthly goal.

That’s dangerous, because this isn’t just any race. Josh represents one of the few Trump districts still held by a Democrat. His opponent is the GOP’s “dream candidate” — handpicked to flip this seat — and national Republicans are already pouring millions into attack ads to try to take him out.

That’s why we’ve set an urgent goal to raise $5,000 by midnight tonight to get back on track. Can we count on you to chip in now? Every dollar will fuel Josh’s grassroots campaign and stop MAGA from flipping this seat.

Here’s why this matters:

If we don’t close this gap tonight, it will be that much harder to make up the difference later. And in one of the most competitive races in the country, we simply can’t afford to fall short.
