Hi John -- it's Tiernan, Mark's finance director.

I wanted to reach out with a quick update because we are just 3 days away from our June FEC fundraising deadline -- a critical moment for us and this campaign.

Our goal is to get 75,000 donations before the deadline expires and the good news is we're over 77% of the way to that goal -- all we need to do is finish strong.

Our goal is based on the number of people donating and not a dollar amount because this campaign is being funded by people -- not corporate PACs.

It's important that we hit this goal because everyone is going to be looking to see if we can keep up our individual donation momentum. They want to see if we'll have the resources we need to win. So let's make sure we do!

If you're able, will you make a $3 donation to our people-powered campaign? The amount isn't as important as the donation itself because it's going to take a lot of people chipping in a few bucks at a time to help us reach our 75,000 donation goal.

At the end of the month, we have to file a fundraising report that will send a message to Mitch McConnell and our Republican opponent about the ongoing strength of our people-powered campaign.
