John, Donald Trump and Texas
Republicans are aggressively pushing gerrymandering efforts in Texas,
undermining the very foundation of our democracy.

This blatant manipulation of district boundaries to preserve Trump’s power
is a direct attack on our democracy, and we cannot stand by and let it
happen.

But we're not powerless. Far from it.

California has a proud history of leading the fight for democratic
principles, and now, more than ever, we must respond with determination
and unity.

I’m committed to national redistricting reform, but preventing this GOP
power grab right now is of the utmost importance.
