As one of the nation’s top constitutional lawyers, a former Missouri Attorney
General, and now a U.S. Senator, I’ve spent my career fighting for the rights
guaranteed to us under the Constitution.

Before becoming Attorney General, I fought Obamacare at the Supreme Court and
won, as one of the lead attorneys in the landmark Hobby Lobby case. I was also
a lead attorney in the Hosanna-Tabor case, where we successfully protected the
rights of churches to operate freely without government interference.

Under the Biden Administration, our religious freedoms were undermined at
every turn. Christian colleges and universities were targeted, churches were
shut down during COVID, and pro-lifers' homes were raided at dawn.

The persecution was relentless, and it will only continue if we allow the
radical Left to regain control of power.
