For months, the Michigan Democratic Party has been on the road — from the shores of Lake Superior in Marquette to Macomb County — holding People’s Town Halls with Michigan Democrats. 

We’ve heard from Northern Michiganders worried about losing Medicaid and veterans’ services. We’ve heard from families in Macomb County who are worried about accessing health care and food assistance. We’ve heard from neighbors in Lansing who share their fears about Trump’s billionaire-first budget that’s driving up costs.

At every stop, the stories are the same: Republicans are making life harder for working people while doing the bidding of their billionaire donors.

But Democrats are showing up. We’re listening. And we’re fighting back.
