The Database and Digital Engagement Coordinator will: 

• expand the capacity of Resource Generation and its 16 chapters' to organize young people with access to wealth and class privilege into local chapter activity and nationally coordinated action toward the equitable distribution of wealth, land, and power.
• not work in an online silo — rather they will be frequently interfacing with a range of people across the organization and supporting multiple efforts.
• support our team of staff and member-leaders who are already actively using our database to make our shared online and offline work more easeful, powerful, and informed by data as we move towards collective goals.
• other cool things!
