Hi, Friend – This is Jon Husted.


After spending the last seven months fighting in D.C., I've realized that the
values of Washington and Ohio are worlds apart.


I've heard the whispers about Chuck Schumer’s handpicked candidate. Now is our
opportunity to show Chuck that we don’t want him or his allies representing Ohio
, and we refuse to go backwards.


1974 was a pivotal year in politics.


I barely remember it as a six-year-old, but it marked significant changes: Joe
Biden became the youngest member elected to the Senate, Sherrod Brown, a recent
Yale graduate, was elected in Ohio, and Chuck Schumer, who graduated from
Harvard the same year as Brown, was elected in New York.


Do they really want to return to those “good old days”? Ohio knows better. We
will not be subjected to the radical policies of California and New York
anymore.

Brown claims to be for Ohio, but the truth is, he’s never left D.C. He is out
of touch with the values that make our country great: faith, hard work, and the
courage to fight for what’s right.
