What are your weekend plans? This weekend I’ll be out in nature, exploring our public lands, and taking some photos along the way. OLCV’s Environmental Photo Contest is still on, so I hope you’ll take the chance this weekend to get outside and take some photos of yourself or your loved ones on our precious public lands, for the chance to be featured on the cover of our upcoming Environmental Scorecard.

Part of what makes our Environmental Scorecard so special is all of the photos we get to include of and from our members, that remind us why we do this important work. We want to see your photos that relate to any or all of these three categories:

You, your family, friends and pets on our public lands (we love photos with people in them!)
Wildlife
Climate

Be a part of this tradition by submitting your photos by September 1st. How to enter:

Send up to 3 photos in an email to [email protected] with ‘Photo Contest’ in the subject line
Include your name, where the photo was taken, and a short description of why it’s meaningful to you
