As you’re probably aware, radical MAGA Republicans just jammed through the largest rollback of healthcare in modern U.S. history to fund tax breaks for their billionaire donors.

The truth is, Trump’s "Big Beautiful Bill" will punish working parents, seniors, and caregivers by stripping healthcare from millions, destabilizing our health infrastructure, and threatening jobs. 

This law doesn’t just kick people off their insurance – it kicks them when they’re down.

Look John – I know what it’s like to be down. 

My family moved here from India when I was a baby in search of the American Dream. My parents worked incredibly hard to give us a better life, but when my father suddenly lost his income, we fell on hard times.

So, we lived in public housing and depended on SNAP to eat. Thanks to these essential safety net programs, we were able to make it into the middle class. 

That’s what this country should be about, John. Offering hardworking families a helping hand when they’re struggling, not a kick in the back.

That’s why I’m running for Senate. Because in these times of chaos, cruelty, and cuts, working families need a champion that understands their struggles, not makes them worse.
