Last month, President Trump and his backers in Congress passed a dangerous and unconstitutional law that "defunds" Planned Parenthood and leaves many patients with nowhere else to go for basic health care.

We're fighting back, and we need your help. We sued the Trump administration as soon as the president signed this law. A federal judge has temporarily blocked the provision to "defund" Planned Parenthood while the case proceeds.
