John, it's Hank Johnson, and I'm always proud to see our community come together for the annual "Issa Back to School Drive" event—hosted by CD-4's own, 21 Savage!

Because the pressure from the Trump Administration makes the need greater than ever.

❌ Mass DOGE layoffs have combined with our fragile economy to create a manufactured unemployment crisis.

❌ Working families, seniors, and our most vulnerable neighbors are already feeling the impact of the cuts to SNAP, Medicaid, and more from Trump's big ugly bill.


❌ The federal department of education tried withholding $200 MILLION DOLLARS for Georgia students, after school programs, teacher recruitment and training, and other critical infrastructure just days before the term's start.

❌ Groceries, gas, and school supply prices are at an all time high because of Trump's reckless and burdensome tariffs!

John, EVERYTHING is more expensive for regular Americans, all while Trump continues to cut taxes for the wealthy and make special exemptions for his friends.


Folks in our district and across the country can not afford for our government to put special interests over the interest of the people.

Trump and his MAGA regime MUST be held accountable for their failure, and our next opportunity to do so is during the 2026 midterms.

We can block the rest of the Trump agenda and undo some of these harmful policies by taking back control of the House next year—which means we need to 1️⃣ defend this seat and 2️⃣ support other progressive Democrats who are fighting to preserve our rights and freedoms.
