🏛️ In Virginia's 2025 legislative session, Republicans introduced 13 bills to try and roll back Virginia's Clean Economy Act — the state's core climate policy. With the help of our JanePAC candidates in the legislature, ALL 13 bills were defeated.

⚖️ JanePAC-endorsed Attorneys General Keith Ellison (Minnesota) and Rob Bonta (California) joined a 20-state lawsuit against Trump in July, and they just won a preliminary injunction protecting over $4 billion in FEMA disaster preparedness funds. This victory safeguards 2,000+ projects nationwide that strengthen infrastructure against floods, wildfires, hurricanes, and other climate disasters.

🏠 JanePAC-endorsed state Senator Nikil Saval developed Pennsylvania's Whole-Home Repairs program — a groundbreaking initiative to help residents repair and weatherize their homes to make them safer and more energy efficient. The program has been so successful that it's now the basis for new bipartisan national legislation and serves as a model for other states.
