As we move closer to EOQ, it's important to start prepping to make sure you can make the most out of this time, starting with priming your resolicits. Now is a good time to review your donor lists to identify those who may be ready to give again. Its a good idea to send warm-up messages now, before your EOQ push, so your donors are reminded of why their support matters. And don’t just rely on email, its good practice to think about the multiple channels you have at your disposal to maximize outreach.

Now is also a good time to schedule as many calls as you can. And if you haven’t yet, consider a big EOQ catch-all fundraiser. Of course you should prioritize larger donors for a higher touch experience, but a big event or online drive can rally more supporters. Overall, the goal is to always be ready before you think you need to. If you prepare in advance, then you wont have to scramble at the last minute.
